My name is Brenda J. Andrew and I am the Broker for Aqua Terra Real Estate, LLC.  I have been selling real estate in Texas since July 2003.  My background prior to real estate included Accounting, Operations Management, Hospitality and Retail.  I love meeting new people and helping them.  This industry was the perfect fit for me and my family.

My husband and I are a combined family and we have 5 grown children and 3 grandchildren.  We love spending time with family, gardening, boating, and anything to do with water.  We love the lake and the beach!  Two of our children were in the military, Air Force and Navy, and one of our son n laws was in the Army.  We love our military and do everything we can to help and support them.

I am a Member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Corpus Christi Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Conroe Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and The Ark Church.

First and foremost I assist all my clients with timely and professional real estate services you can trust.  I will be very up-front; I want and will not only earn your first real estate transaction but your repeat and referral business if you work with me as your agent.  I was raised on a farm in rural Wisconsin, I take to heart the hard-working, handshake values, and disciplined work ethics I was raised with, and still keep to this day.  I moved to Corpus Christi from Wisconsin and have stayed here because I love the climate, beach, fishing, and my beautiful wife Brenda who's also a Ultima Real Estate agent.

As your agent I will supply every shred of information, and data I can get my hands on you can make correct and informed decisions when buying or selling a property.  I stay informed on contract documents so that I'm always doing the best job possible protecting the clients rights, options, and financial well being from the very first time we meet and through to closing and beyond.  I take my clients time and financial well being extremely serious, it's not just words but actions that both buyers and sellers need in todays market conditions.  Which means I adapt to whatever means of communication is best for my clients, and are not late for appointments, returning emails, and or phone calls.  I feel being a very good listener of my clients and patience pays off for everyone in the end and makes the process fun and much less stress free.  

I really really love my job as a realtor " and my persistence in turning over every stone and piece of evidence to find the "Gem" of a property that's uniquely meant for my buyer clients specific wants and needs is what I love the most.  Catching that "just listed", or "reduced price"property that has the perfect qualities and is priced aggressively and then getting it for even a better amazing price is what really excites me in real estate.   Buyers need all the facts quick and straight pulling no punches for the absolute best deals don't last in the market long even in the market we are in currently.  I'm not hear to rush a purchase but to give enough details, facts, and insight to allow my buyer clients to see it for themselves and be able to move forward or step back appropriately.  I hate to see a super deal on a home be sold to someone other than one of my buyer clients.  I don't want it to happen because of something I didn't provide, do, or say to help them see the picture clear enough. 

Seller clients can't afford to get anything but the truth and direct answers to their questions.  Everyday that a sellers home isn't sold and closed not only counts but costs owners in multiple ways and hurts the market as a whole for all owners trying to sell their home.  Every home has it's strong points and weak points.  I feel my job is to match the strong points of the home up with a buyer with those same strong point desires in the home their looking for.  I will market your home to as many people as possible so that we find, sort, and capture your future buyer of your home for sale quickly, that is the goal !
